Day 1 will be posted on January 17.
Can’t wait to see you soon!
*All content is now available until Sunday, Jan 29th.
Today's meditation practice will bring all of our prior practices together. This practice will feel familiar to those who have been following along each day as we visited this practice on Day 6. Today we will add imagery and symbology as well as a new conceptual framework that in a sense is the crème de la crème of non-dual practices. This meditation is also much longer and much quieter than the rest of our practices have been. Sitting in the fathomless spaciousness of silence is the core of working with the infinitude of our being, and brings deep healing to our emotional and psychological states.
Receive $50 disount and join Suzanne for a bi-monthly online Wisdom Circle where we will engage in ritual, song, prayer, guided meditation, journaling and more to connect to the sacred within and without. Alternate Thursdays Jan 12 – June 22 This will be a place for you to show up AS YOU ARE, to drop the mundane concerns and tap into your own mystical being and spiritual practices. We will cultivate courage, acceptance & gratitude. Join the community of Spirit!
Experience Being Breathed with Kelly Blaser

Interoceptive Awareness Practice with Kelly Blaser
Today's practice is what we call an “Energy Circuit” practice. We begin by generating groundedness, and then we open up our interoceptive awareness of the organism that we walk around in on the planet. Some “spiritual folks” refer to the body as a “meat suit” – a borrowed bit of form that the formlessness of the sacred steps into for a jaunt on the proverbial stage of materiality. This can certainly help to mitigate our attachment to the body, and help us to release any self-esteem issues we may have pinned to our sense of our bodies. However, true non-dual
Awareness allows us an even deeper way in, where we get to go into the interior of the organism, settle the body and the nervous system, and even enjoy being inside this body. I hope today’s practice allows you to do just that.

Energy Circuit Practice with Metta – with Kelly Blaser
Today our meditative practice shifts from our prior focus on developing interoceptive, or interiorized awareness, and breath work, to a new focus: Anchoring the Positive.
We will draw forward the practice from yesterday, an energy circuit practice, and integrate a metta practice into the work. If you have a background with Metta practice, you will find this a radically different way to access it, in that you'll experience yourself both as the recipient of metta and the source of metta. May your practice be peaceful.

Anchoring Positive Healing Anxiety with Kelly Blaser
Today's meditative practice fits within the category of Anchoring the Positive. It’s obviously lovely when the circumstances of one’s life are positive, and one of the traditional, overarching aims of meditative practice is to alleviate suffering for oneself and for all sentient beings. Dovetailing with this intention is the possibility of generating a field of energy within that is positive and protective in nature. We can train ourselves to use the mind, the felt-sense in the body, and the imaginal realm to anchor into positive states. The particular focus today is around settling anxiety and calming oneself by anchoring into the positive field of not just Metta, but the other four BrahmaViharas; Compassion, Empathetic Joy, and Equanimity.

Heart Coherence Meditation
This meditation uses breath, awareness, and intention to facilitate a connection between our head and our hearts. When this link is made our bio-electromagnetic field becomes entrained with harmonious, or coherent, frequency patterns. Cultivating coherence has been associated with a healthier, functioning body, elevated mood, greater ease in relationships, and increased creative power to influence our reality. We have the individual capacity to create change, but it starts with the work we do to personally empower ourselves.

This session explores that yoga helps to decrease pain and improve ease of movement at least in part because of what we learn about pain when we practice. Pain is a human condition, and is commonly experienced during asana and meditation practices. At its worst, pain places a significant personal burden on over 20% of the population. It is intertwined with addiction, mental health, physical disability and disconnection. Unexplored misconceptions (avidya) about pain can limit recovery, and increase both fear (abhinivesha) and aversion (dvesha). The acquisition of knowledge, on the other hand, is often the foundation from which changes arise and suffering decreases. Research demonstrates the benefits of educating people in pain – of helping people reconceptualize pain and decease its threat – value. Typically, yoga is not considered as education – as an experiential approach to provide repeated opportunities for individuals to learn about, and subsequently reconceptualize pain. This session explores techniques of yoga as educational agents, suggesting that reconceptualizing pain and pain care can be more powerful when experienced in the body.

An Author & Yoga Nidra and Meditation Teacher who helps people with marginalized identities, rest, care, and nourish themselves to empower them live a life without fear, shame, or pain as we come together to shape and create a more inclusive, loving, and kinder world.
Like yesterday, the focus of this meditation is on digesting difficult material. Taking a non-dual perspective, our practices are not to help us to get rid of difficult material, but rather to expand our understanding of the non-dual ground of awareness, such that we relate to difficult material differently. While many of our practices have originated in Shaivism today's practice comes from the Vajrayana, or Buddhist Tantra.
You may have heard of this practice, called Tonglen. It is sometimes referred to as the practice of sending and receiving, or “exchanging self for other.”

Self-sabotaging communication quiz
Discover your most self-sabotaging communication habit. Know which habit you need to keep in check to have the life and relationships you most want and deserve. Most of us are very good at noticing how others don’t communicate skillfully with us. If someone asked us, we’d be able to say how others should make changes in their communication so that we can be more at ease, feel safer or more connected. Yet, communication is a two-way street. Unless we deeply explore our communication habits, we won’t know exactly how our communication blocks us from meaningful interactions, healthy relationships, and a true sense of connection. When you take the quiz, you'll receive a free mini video course with actions to take to keep this self-sabotaging communication habit in check.
